My current view is that they are vibrations (energy), and as such exist at all times / places.

When we sense a vibration, we are connecting now to someone or something at the point at which it was physical. We connect to it in the same way that we connect to certain types of people, because they have something in common with us, or reflect us in some way.

That theory raises many more questiosn than it answers, but it makes sense to me in a simplistic way :)

I think it all depends on how you pass away if your at piece then I think you go to where your happy but if it was murder or an accident I think that you get traped to wonder this world not knowing whats gone on something like that anyway xx.

I've thought this over quickly, but you might say that spirits are sentient and will interact, whereas maybe ghosts are videos of the past????? Doesn't completely stack up because there are plenty of stories of interactive ghosts......maybe I'd add that ghosts have some sort of form whereas spirits are "felt" rather than seen???

Tough one, that's for sure!!!! :?:
I'm not frightened of dying.....any time will do.....I don't mind.
Why should I be frightened of dying.....there's no reason for it.....we've all got to go sometime.
